First, distributed wind power products should be customized. We must develop products that adapt to different resources and environmental conditions. In some places, not only the forms of the host, the wheel hub and the tower should have the construction conditions under different wind resources, but also, in my opinion, the host factory should have the ability of flexible design, because the resources or construction conditions have different structural forms to ensure the adaptation to the project. Therefore, the customization technology should have not only the customized capacity and area, but also special video surveillance, and should have the following considerations: whether video surveillance is needed if there is no worker on site? Are there any safety problems? How about the construction plan? And how to customize lifting solutions? especially for distributed wind power. We should achieve maximum benefit with minimum investment cost.

With more and more wind turbines connected to the grid, the problem of frequency balance in power system becomes more and more prominent. This is because a real time balance between electricity consumption and production in the power system is required, otherwise, it will lead to the frequency fluctuation of the power grid, which will affect the safety of electricity consumption and, in serious cases, lead to local power outage. For large thermal power plants, a power grid frequency below 50 Hz is likely to lead to the turbine unit shock and, in serious cases, lead to the turbine blade fracture. Due to the imbalance of power, however, the frequency deviation of the power grid in the power system is inevitable, which requires the generation side to proactively follow the demand of the load and adjust the power output. For wind turbines, the output can be increased by means of paddle change, but the active output cannot be increased, because the prime mover wind is not controllable. Each frequency modulation method has its advantages and disadvantages. In my opinion, we should combine these methods for fan frequency modulation according to some local policies and requirements and through economic analysis.

It is expected that the whole market trading mechanism will be continuously improved to break the bottleneck of cross-users electricity sales, enabling more room for the consumption capacity of distributed wind power development, truly providing one-stop service during the 14th Five-Year Plan Period, and simplifying the development process of distributed projects. For projects with centralized development in Central Eastern and Southern China, we hope to sign long-term PPA guarantee contracts, so as to guarantee the investment hours and reduce project risks.
